Why does the US justice system treat people like their guilty until proven innocent?

there are more people in jail in california than any place on earth bacause every thing you say is used against you so what does that tell you about the system , its against you, and me, and everyone who some one called police on , i can call police say you touched my daughter and your guilty now and going to jail and im not going to pay you the 5000 i barrowed cause the court put a restraining order on you and you can never come to my house,you have no defence in the court of law, well sorry let me make it clear, if its in criminal court your guilty, if its traffic court you8 get to talk to the judge. the judge only knows the pc number and the court date the defendent knows the truth and when he goes to jail he gets to tell the people in jail his side because the system dont let you. everything you say is used agaist yuo and any thing else you say is irrelevent, a lawyer is NOT on your side the da gets points to their adavantage to put innocent in jail because then they won, who cares if their innocent, thats irreleven, i left the country and see in other countrys the say everything you say will be used FOR you and or against you, im that land of pure hate everything you say is going to be used againjst you, they are against you they are taught to hate and be against, a cop can say i know you never touched her and i know you never intened to but you have to look at it from the outside you were friends with them went fishing with then and bought them games and my interpritation is you befriended them to have sex and molest, thats the thinking of california cops i got an e mail from a cop saying that you want to see it?all bacause some one got bad grades and said they were not doing good because they missed me leaving the country and not the cops want to destroy me and make me look like a sex offeder because some one loved and missed me they are sick, would you hire some one who told you to plee guilty if your not would you hire some one who was a back stabber and try to make you look like some one your not?it makes me sick the way america has become i call that hell hole nightmerica, the hate is to much for me
