What restaurant could I make a lot of money waiting tables?

I don't have much experience waiting tables (chili's) so I was wondering what chain restaurant I could make the most at with my experience? My friend makes what I consider to be a lot of money working at outback, but if anyone has another suggestion that would be great. I live in Staten Island.
