Is there significant EMI to disrupt the workings of the RF hardware in here?

No one can say anything based on the information you provide here. We don't know anything about the antennae, operating frequencies, physical layout of the board or any of countless other factors than could be relevant. Ultimately even if we did have that information this is difficult to predict - even experienced engineers use the services of professional labs costing thousands of dollars a day to experimentally measure this kind of thing and determine if there are any problem areas.
