How can I disarm my 96 camry without remote?

Ok I need to replace my battery in my remote but in the mean time I would like to know how to disarm my car. I try to unlock from the driver's side and it goes off. I've tried to unlock it from the passenger side and it goes off too. I don't know what else to do. I hate disrupting my neighbors all time.Please help me!
