Self defense device that caused victim to pass out NOT STUN GUN?

I remember like 10 years ago in a sportsmansguide catalog they had this device that you would put onto a keychain that emit some kind of wave that would disrupt the brainwaves of your attacker and cause them to faint for 10 minutes. It was NOT a stun gun, does anyone remember this or know what I'm talking about? Any help would be appreciated.

Help with ps3 and ip address?

my ps3 has a 100% signal from my router but it doesnt have internet and i cant sign in to psn it won't obtain the ip address. i have try everything i rebooted my ps3, i rebooted the router over and over but it still will not obtain the ip address i don't understand can someone help?

yes all subarus are all wheel drives, this has been subaru s safety feature from day one, these are tough durable little vehicles and will do a good job and take you anywhere you want to go, dirt, sand mud or snow subaru is the way to go. If taking a class of some kind will lower your insurance? (ask the insurance company) maybe that will work I dont know good luck those are good tough cars that run and run and run, a lot like the energizer bunny.

I just got a brand new Motorola Cliq from Tmobile (unlocked) that I am gonna use with another carrier, the signal strength is really good but When I try to make calls, nothings happens, and when someone tries to call me it goes to voicemail. what could be wrong? is it trully unlocked? it never asked me for an unlocked code

My daughter was adopted when she was 2?

my daughter was adopted by her foster care parents at the age of 2 in ca . when she was born i had a serious drug addiction i tried to get her back before she was adopted but i had waited too late . i have been clean for many years now and i think of her all the time . she is about to be 12 years old and i know there is really nothing i can do till she turns 18 but even than how do i go about finding her i know the foster parent's name and i have my daughters original social security number . i have 6 years to plan what i need to do to try to find her please help i dont even know how to go about it they may have changed her name , gave her a new social , new birth certificate what do i do i dont want to disrupt her life i just want to know she is ok , and to own up to my mistake and to let her know i have changed and through it all i have never stopped loving her
