Power on when changing light.?

It's a simple matter of common sense and safety to cut the power when changing a lamp or the entire fixture. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes to do the job and you could do it while the others have a break or lunch. Don't risk your safety over a few minutes of inconvenience.
