Ford mustang wiring fog lights to park lights (problems)?

Ok so i was told you can wire your fog lights to the park lights, doing so it worked fine until i realized that my turn signals both came on the dash board and stayed on < > and now my turn signals dnt work but they are on, just wont flash. anyone know what i can do or such?
